Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We will ship your order with the carrier that is best suited based on your location. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Items are heat sensitive, Once your order is delivered bring package indoors ASAP. Currently we are only excepting orders in the U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Returns
We do NOT except returns or exchanges. However in the case that the carrier is completely at fault you may reach us via email at karrie@elevatepurefoods.com, once your order has been delivered you will have 3 days to contact us, along with sending documented photos of box un-opened and then of items that were inside the box, if damage is determined to be severe, we will then issue store credit or replacement of damaged items.
