Returns
We do NOT except returns or exchanges. However in the case that the carrier is completely at fault you may reach us via email at karrie@elevatepurefoods.com, once your order has been delivered you will have 3 days to contact us, along with sending documented photos of box un-opened and then of items that were inside the box, if damage is determined to be severe, we will then issue store credit or replacement of damaged items.
